Clinical Pilates is system of safe, effective and highly specific exercises prescribed by a fully-trained instructor, to help to manage a wide range of injuries and conditions.
Our Reformer equipment offers all the benefits of Pilates; overall strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance. These things in turn lead to daily life improvements; better posture, efficient movement, and relief from the pain associated with physical imbalance.
Group Classes
Your initial Pilates appointment will be a one-on-one session with your Pilates-qualified instructor, to comprehensively assess you for any injury or weakness. Your body’s preferred movements will be noted and an individual program devised.
Once you have your program, you are free to join any of our small-sized group classes (maximum of 6 participants) where your Physiotherapist will closely monitor your exercises during your session.
