Meet Our Physiotherapists 

Mrs Sian Grierson M.B.A, P.A.P, A.P.A.M.

Sian attained her Polytechnic Associateship in Physiotherapy (BSc equivalent) from Sheffield, England in 1982. She has worked in the UK and in Australia and started Port Douglas Physio 1998. In 2013 Sian expanded and opened Clifton Beach Physio and continues to work in both practices. 

To complement her extensive experience in rehabilitation and manual skills Sian also has a special interest in vertigo, headaches, TMJ and neck and shoulder pain.

Megan Wright B. Physio.  A.P.A.M.

Megan Wright attained her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of South Australia in 2012 and worked in a private practice outside Adelaide. She comes highly recommended with excellent manual skills, is proficient in post-surgical rehab and is trained in the use of dry needles.

Megan has a special interest in women’s health, yoga and remedial massage.

Grace Wen

Grace was awarded her Doctor of Physiotherapy from Macquarie University, Sydney, in June 2022. She has a broad range of physiotherapy interests including musculoskeletal injuries, rehabilitation, dry needling, and pilates.


Previously, Grace worked as a physiotherapist assistant at a private practice in San Francisco. Outside of the clinic, Grace enjoys long-distance running, cycling, basketball, and tennis. She is also a fluent speaker of Cantonese and Dutch.
